Role SummaryThe Molding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the molding section, ensuring optimal machine utilization, quality of molded parts, and adherence to production schedules and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities● Supervise daily molding operations as per the production plan.
● Ensure proper setup and troubleshooting of molding machines.
● Monitor product quality and minimize rejections.
● Coordinate with maintenance for machine upkeep.
● Maintain 5S and safety norms on the shop floor.
● Train and supervise molding operators and helpers.
Qualification & ExperienceQualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in injection or compression molding operations.
Skills Required● Understanding of molding machine operation and parameters
● Knowledge of mold setup and troubleshooting
● Familiarity with quality inspection techniques
● Basic knowledge of maintenance and safety
