About the role
Requirements:
- Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.
- Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; exposure to the petrochemical domain is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
- Expertise in Quote and Order Management processes.
- Solid understanding of SLA metrics and performance standards.
- Ability to manage client escalations and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with Inventory Management, customer inquiries, and dispute resolution is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
