About the role
Role: Supply Chain -Planning & Scheduling Associate Location: Mumbai Experience: 2 - 5 years Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (Include Night shift)
Education: •Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Skills: •Functional understanding of Upstream and Downstream SCM processes •Prior experience in SCM Planning process •Preferable experience with Oil & Gas industry •Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with of MS Office applications (especially MS Excel and Power BI tools) •Experience of ERP – JD Edwards •• Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written) • Collaborate and Influence • Analytical skills • Result oriented
Responsibilities: •Review exceptions messages generated by ERP system •Analyze Supply and Demand •Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream teams •Raise material requirement in System (Internal or External Sourcing) •Monitoring Overdue Receipt reports •Collaborating with Expeditor to get the Overdue PO status and get them expedited •Identify and resolve exceptions •Reporting & escalating issues •Publishing S/D balance reports •Ensure zero stock-outs or over ordering
