Roles& Responsibilities

• Perform accurate coding of diagnoses and CPT codes in accordance with ICD-10-CM and CPT guidelines.
  
• Ensure coding accuracy of at least 98%.
  
• Review and analyze medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate documentation.
  
• Work closely with healthcare providers to clarify documentation as needed for accurate coding.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest coding guidelines, ICD codes, and industry trends.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and always comply with HIPAA regulations.
  
• Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and other team members.
  
• Ensure coding is performed in a timely manner to avoid billing delays.
  

·CPC certification

·Minimum 2-5 years of experience

·Inpatient, Outpatient & SDS

·Should have an excellent command and proficiency in E/M Inpatient & Outpatient & and all procedure coding

·Good Communication

·Accuracy 98%

·Candidate with no break in service

·Multispecialty coder (Cardiothoracic, vascular, orthopedics, general surgery, Ophthalmology, OBGYN, Plastics, Oncology, Radiation therapy).
