- Proven experience in AUTOSAR architecture and software requirement engineering.
- Strong understanding of AUTOSAR standards and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in requirement management tools (e.g., DOORS, RTC).
- Experience with UML and SysML for requirement modeling.
- Familiarity with V&V processes and methodologies.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in AUTOSAR or similar standards is a plus.
