About the role

Experience:•             Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.•             Experience in ITSM tools like JIRA•             Experience in owning the issues and getting them resolved via liaison with respected SMEs•             Application deployment and development team support•             Handling security audits and vulnerability remediation•             Automation of  system management task using shell scripting•             Monitoring & alerting implementation using tool like Grafana, AlertManager, Node Exporter•             Firewall management (Sophos, server-level rules, MAC binding)•             Network management experience in devices like routers, switches, wifi•             Experoience  in taking Backup of servers and vms including  files and databases•             Exposure to DevOps tools (GitLab, Ansible, Docker, GCP)                • Linux + Tomcat Apache                • DB knowledge & PL SQL + Cloud Backup + cloud storage                • Tomcat Apache + Linux admin                • Linux Admin + PL Sql & DB knowledge
