Design and Development of Electrical Electronics Enclosure for Semiconductor Machines
• Experience in Thermal management, electronic packaging, Cable routing.
• Awareness to Semi standards.
• Knowledge of Sheet metal manufacturing & enclosures, machined components etc
• Proficient in 3D CAD modeling, assembly, and detailing using Unigraphics-NX
• Knowledge of detailed design & DFMA principles
• Application of advanced GD&T, tolerance stack up, basic engineering calculations.
• Selection of OEM Components like O-ring, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Fittings, Fasteners and other hardware.
• Interference checks of moving components and subsystems
• Identify design guideline deviations of critical parts and medium complex assemblies
• Optimize design to address cost, manufacturing, performance, and reliability issues
• Proficient in reading, understanding, and creating/reviewing manufacturing Drawings & Specifications
• Proficiency in applying Engineering basics and Design/Documentation Standards
• DFM interactions with suppliers, build verification, field/customer qualification with deeper understanding of issues, lessons learned and closure
