We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer with expertise in SQL and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations that help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Integrate and visualize data from various sources, including SQL databases and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and data extracts for performance and scalability.
• Build data models, calculated fields, and hierarchies in Tableau.
• Deploy and manage Tableau reports on Tableau Server.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, performance, and visualization logic.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and report version control.
• Stay current with Tableau and OAS enhancements and best practices.

• Tableau (Desktop & Server) – advanced level
• SQL – strong in writing complex queries, joins, views, stored procedures (experience with Oracle SQL preferred)
• Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) – strong hands-on experience (formerly OBIEE)
• Data blending and data preparation techniques
• Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in BI/Data Visualization, including 4+ years in Tableau
• 2+ years of experience working with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, QlikView)
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, etc.)
• Basic scripting (Python, R) for data analysis or automation
• Tableau certification (preferred)
