·Partnerwithhiringmanagerstounderstandtheirstaffingneedsandpreferences.
·Providetrainingandguidanceonbesthiringpracticesandcompliance.
·Analyze recruitmentdatatooptimizehiring processes.
·Ensurecompliancewith employmentlawsandcompanypolicies.
·Buildandmaintainrelationshipswithexternalrecruitmentpartnersandvendors.
·Overseetheinterviewandcandidatereviewprocess.
Requirements·Minimum2+yearsofrecruitmentexperience,preferablyinafast-pacedenvironment.
·Provenabilitytoattractandhiretoptalent.
·Strongcommunication,interpersonal,andnegotiationskills.
·Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmeettightdeadlines.
·Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.
·Experiencewithapplicanttrackingsystems(ATS)andrecruitmentsoftware.
·Knowledgeofemploymentlawsandhiringbestpractices.
·Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.
