Description of Role:
This role supports the HR Operations team of our client. The role requires the incumbent to work from and hire Blue Collar candidates for Plant Location
Domain Skills:
- Understanding of Blue-Collar Hiring market
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes like, Sourcing, Screening, Co-ordinating across stakeholders, etc.
- Rigour in Managing open positions
- Willingness to travel to ITI institute to create eligible pool and hiring
- Analytical skills
- Good communication to manage discussions with Candidates and Hiring Manager
- Experience of hiring NAPS / NATS & Temp workforce is an added advantage.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, SAP
- Experience of handling a wide range of diverse, sensitive activities within a customer-facing environment.
