About the RoleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. The role requires someone who can independently source relevant candidates, manage recruitment pipelines, coordinate interviews, and identify practical ways to improve hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, customer support, operations, and corporate roles.
- Screen applications, conduct initial calls, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and improve candidate quality.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports.
- Monitor hiring progress, identify sourcing challenges, and suggest practical solutions to improve conversion and turnaround time.
- Use ATS, HRMS, spreadsheets, and AI-powered tools to streamline recruitment workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably across technical and non-technical roles.
- Good candidate screening, communication, and interview coordination skills.
- Ability to source candidates independently and manage multiple open positions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take ownership of hiring targets and pipeline challenges.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, recruitment tools, and AI-enabled platforms.
Good to have: Experience hiring for BPO, customer support, e-commerce, startups, or fast-paced business environments.
