Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer! We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE).  This role will support our global hiring needs across all functions on the business. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building strong pipelines of qualified talent across functions such as technology, engineering, and other corporate functions.  You will work closely with the recruiters, hiring teams, and HR partners to develop sourcing strategies, conduct talent market research, and build diverse candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs globally.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for career opportunities across multiple business and global regions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs within technology (software, PMO, product, etc), engineering (manufacturing, quality, etc), and other corporate functions (finance, marketing, sales, HR, etc).
  • Conduct candidate outreach and engagement campaigns to generate interest.
  • Perform candidate screening and qualification conversations to assess experience, skills, availability, and location alignment.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business requirements and talent market conditions.
  • Conduct talent mapping and labor market research to provide insights on candidate availability, competitor activity, compensation trends, and geographic talent pools.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Support diverse sourcing initiatives by identifying and engaging talent from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences
  • Participate in workforce planning discussions and provide recommendations regarding sourcing strategies and talent availability.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to enhance the overall candidate experience and employer brand.


    • What It Takes
  • Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition is a bonus
  • 5+ Years of experience in full-cycle (End to End) recruitment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with Boolean search techniques and recruitment databases
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a global team
  • Professional demeanor with ability to handle confidential information
  • Customer service mindset with capacity to work effectively across all organizational levels
