About the role
- Use both conventional and creative channels to find the best talent in the market.
- Provide a successful closure to the hiring request with a zeal to delight the stakeholders in terms of timelines and quality.
- Act as a gatekeeper of the hiring process by continuously reviewing the process with the Hiring Manager and panel.
- Find and create brand ambassadors for the Organization while also acting like one.
- Build a strong presence among the campuses of various courses for a steady inflow of fresh talent.
- Create and oversee the execution of talent engagement between offer & join.
