About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern - Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment function.
This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in hiring and talent strategy, with hands-on exposure to
sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and candidate experience management. You will work closely with the Talent
Acquisition team to identify, engage, and onboard high-quality talent across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding coordination
databases
● Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and hiring criteria
● Conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidate fit, communication skills, and role alignment
● Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience
● Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, pipelines, and candidate databases
● Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms, ensuring strong role positioning
● Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and closure
● Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns
● Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines
● Support onboarding coordination including documentation follow-ups and pre-joining engagement
Requirements:
● Completed an MBA/degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
● Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong organizational and coordination skills
● Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for maintaining trackers
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
