About the role
Talent Pool- Quantity Surveyor MEP (Pre-Contract) supports the commercial management of MEP works for building projects across multiple sectors in India- Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai. Primarily responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and cost plans at various design stages, while supporting tendering, value engineering, and cost estimation activities. The position also assists in selected post-contract commercial tasks, ensuring cost accuracy, compliance with applicable standards, and effective coordination with project stakeholders.
