About the role
Talent Pool- Sr Quantity Surveyor MEP (Post-Contract) supports the commercial management of MEP works for building projects across multiple sectors in India- Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai. Responsible for managing the commercial and cost control aspects of MEP works throughout the construction phase of building projects. The role focuses on interim valuations, change management, cost reporting, cashflow forecasting, and final account preparation, while providing technical cost advice based on construction methods, materials, and labor. The position supports accurate financial control, risk management, and effective collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
