Role: Delivery Excellence Partner Location: Delhi, Experience: 6 – 12 years

Skills: •iQMS knowledge •Strong communication skills •Strong analytical skills •Basics of AI •Knowledge of TQM •Prior experience as Quality Partner / Excellence Partner / Compliance Lead •Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) •Mentoring experience •Participation in internal and external audits •iQMS, Basics of AI, Total Quality Management (TQM), MS Office, Excel •Relevant experience in Quality / Excellence / Compliance roles •Excellent written and verbal communication •Strong MS Office and Excel skills •Customer centricity •Strong team player •Advanced analytical skills
Responsibilities: •Drive delivery excellence initiatives within Enterprise CBO (SCM) •Ensure adherence to iQMS and quality frameworks •Implement Total Quality Management practices •Conduct internal and external audits and ensure compliance readiness •Mentor teams on quality and process excellence initiatives •Identify and drive process improvement opportunities •Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement •Support AI-driven and automation-led quality improvements •Strong understanding of quality frameworks and compliance requirements •Ability to apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies •Effective stakeholder communication and engagement •Strong analytical and data-driven approach •Ability to drive quality culture within teams •Customer-focused mindset
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMMERCE
