- Validate and reconcile telecom invoices against contracts, usage records, and rate plans.
- Review and audit telecom bills for billing accuracy and compliance.
- Identify duplicate charges, disconnected services, and invoice discrepancies.
- Drive billing dispute management and credit recovery processes. [TCS_Hertz_...hore_FY'26 | Word], [TEM_(Telep...nt)_SME_JD | Word]
- Manage telecom inventories including circuits, mobile devices, DIDs, SIP trunks, broadband, and WAN services.
- Perform inventory-to-invoice reconciliation.
- Track provisioning, disconnects, MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes), upgrades, and renewals.
- Maintain telecom asset repositories, billing records, and CMDB documentation.
