About the role

Your time will be split between teaching and building. On the teaching side, you'll run labs, help design our CS and AI curriculum, and evaluate assignments. On the building side, you'll help ship and scale the software our students and faculty use every day.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Teach (Teaching Assistant):

  • Conduct labs and practical sessions in our CS and AI courses.
  • Help create curriculum: assignments, problem sets, contests, and lab material.
  • Evaluate assignments and give students clear, specific feedback.
  • Resolve student doubts and debug alongside them.
  • Work with faculty, curriculum designers, and industry mentors.
  • Continuously improve course quality based on industry trends.
  • Align academic depth with real-world engineering practices.

Build:

  • Features and fixes across our student platform, coding labs, and internal tools.
  • Small scaling and reliability tasks: performance fixes, automation, scripts, and tests.
  • Teaching tools: autograders, test cases, lab environments, and AI feedback tools.

Requirements:

  • Join us in person at our Bengaluru campus. No work-from-home or remote option.
  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in CS or a related field.
  • Strong DSA and programming fundamentals (C++, Python, or Java).
  • At least one full-stack project you built. Share your GitHub.
  • Ability to explain hard concepts simply, with patience.
  • Competitive programming (Codeforces, CodeChef, ICPC), GSoC, or prior TA or mentoring experience is a plus.

Good to Have:

  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience (bootcamps, universities, ed-tech).
  • Experience with modern teaching tools and interactive training methods.
  • Open-source contributions.
  • Participation in hackathons or coding tournaments.
