Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
·Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness especially travel claims.
·Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates.
·Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance.
·Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements.
·Diligently attend to escalation.
·Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices
·Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources
·Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are consistently met.
Work Experience:
- 6 to 10 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.
- Travel Claim Processing or Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Reconciliation, SAP, Minimum 1.5 Years as Team Lead/ Assistant Manager
Skills and Qualification:
· Commerce Graduate
· Strong Communication skills.
