Job Overview:The Team Lead – Fixed Income Corporate Actions (ISO) is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Fixed Income Corporate Actions data in compliance with ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 standards. This role focuses on end-to-end event processing, data validation, ISO messaging, and quality assurance while working closely with Team Leaders, clients, and global stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Fixed Income Corporate Actions experience, solid understanding of ISO messaging standards, and the ability to handle complex events with minimal supervision while meeting strict quality and SLA requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Actions Processing & DeliveryProcess end-to-end Fixed Income Corporate Actions with high accuracy and timelinessHandle events including:Redemptions, Calls, Puts, ConversionsInterest Payments, Rate Resets, AmortizationsPARI, PRED, EXOF, CONS, BIDS, etc and complex structured eventsEnsure completeness and correctness of event data across the security lifecycleAdhere to daily production targets and SLA commitmentsISO 15022 & ISO 20022 MessagingInterpret and process Corporate Actions using:ISO 15022 (MT564 / MT568)ISO 20022 (seev.xxx message series)Validate ISO message construction and ensure correct field populationIdentify and resolve ISO mapping or data interpretation issuesSupport client-specific ISO requirements and delivery formatsData Quality & ValidationPerform detailed data checks and validations to ensure accuracy and consistencyIdentify discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and apply corrective actionsMaintain high quality standards in line with FactEntry guidelinesEscalate complex or high-risk issues to the Team Leader promptlyClient & Stakeholder SupportSupport resolution of client queries related to Fixed Income Corporate ActionsWork closely with Team Leaders, SMEs, and global stakeholdersAssist in onboarding of new data sources, vendors, and feeds Ensure timely and professional communication on assigned tasksProcess Adherence & Continuous ImprovementFollow established SOPs, workflows, and documentationSuggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and data qualityParticipate in UAT, testing, and validation activities for new enhancements Support automation and technology-driven initiativesKey QualificationsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fieldProfessional qualifications (CA / ICWA / CFA – completed or pursuing) are an advantageExperience3–6 years of experience in Fixed Income Corporate ActionsHands-on experience with ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 messagingExperience handling complex and structured Fixed Income eventsExposure to global markets and multiple regions preferredWillingness to work flexible shifts and support early/late client deadlinesKey SkillsStrong Fixed Income Corporate Actions domain knowledgeWorking expertise in ISO 15022 & ISO 20022 standardsHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and data qualityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office toolsBasic exposure to SQL, Power BI, Python (preferred)Core CompetenciesAnalytical and detail-oriented mindsetStructured and methodical problem-solvingStrong organization and task ownershipAbility to work independently and within teamsAccountability and integrityContinuous learning mindsetDiversity & InclusionFactEntry is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workplace.
