About the role
As a Team Leader in the Collections | FOS department, you will play a crucial role in driving the team's performance and ensuring the successful recovery of debts. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding and inspiring your team to achieve their targets and maintain high productivity levels. You will be responsible for overseeing the allocation of cases to the appropriate team members, sharing MIS reports, and actively leading the team to ensure a cohesive and motivated unit.
