Key Responsibilities:• Own sales strategy and revenue for the market• Drive strategic and enterprise sales (B2B, HNI, developer-led deals)• Lead and manage the sales team, including target setting, performance tracking, and mentoring• Forge partnerships with top builders, IPCs, and investors• Align sales execution with national growth targets
Key Requirements:• Relevant years in real estate sales; enterprise or large-ticket sales experience preferred• Strong market knowledge and network• Proven experience in team handling and revenue growth• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
