Team Member – Leasing (Industrial / Land Leasing)
Location: Bhogapuram (Andhra Pradesh)

Industry Preference: Real Estate / Industrial Parks / SEZ / Land Leasing

We are hiring for a client-facing role focused on driving leasing and business development for large-scale industrial and land assets. The role involves end-to-end responsibility of leasing transactions, including lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and deal closure. The candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and qualify leasing leads through market research and broker network
- Build strong relationships with IPCs, channel partners, and clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Manage end-to-end leasing transactions including negotiation and closure
- Coordinate with legal, finance, design, and project teams for deal execution
- Handle lease documentation (Term Sheets, MoUs, Lease Agreements)
- Track pipeline, conversions, and reporting through CRM/tools
- Manage client onboarding, handover, and lifecycle engagement
- Support marketing initiatives and branding activities

Eligibility Criteria:- MBA / PGDM preferred
- 10+ years of experience in leasing / real estate sales / business development

- Excellent networking and stakeholder management ability
