Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in a data-driven or integration-heavy environment.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
- Strong experience working with RESTful APIs, API documentation (e.g., Swagger), and integration patterns.
- Ability to document business and technical requirements clearly and effectively (BRD, FRD, user stories).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for API integrations and data engineering solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, data mappings, and process flows.
- Work closely with the team and understand Upstream and Downstream.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support data validation, analysis, and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with developers to define and test RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between systems.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and priorities.
- Assist in system and user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test plans and validating data accuracy.
- Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective measures.
- Support project management activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reporting.
