About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers in Java and related technologies.
- Architect scalable and maintainable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of the product.
Requirements:
- The candidate should have strong skills in Java programming and focus especially on the following areas: Core Java (OOPS, Collections, Design Patterns and Threads), JDBC and MyBatis. Spring Framework, REST, HTML, jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript and CSS.
- Qualification: BE / B. Tech / MCA / MSc in Computer Science or IT.
