We are looking for an experienced and driven Tech Lead – BI & Analytics to lead the development of scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, ClickHouse, Databricks, Azure Cloud, and containerization technologies, along with a good understanding of GenAI-based code assist tools and API development.

• Lead and manage BI and analytics projects from concept to deployment.

• Architect and develop APIs and microservices to power data insights.

• Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and storage solutions using ClickHouse and Databricks.

• Drive development using Azure Cloud services – Data Factory, Blob Storage, Azure Databricks, etc.

• Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate development, prototyping, and automation.

• Design and manage deployment workflows using Docker and/or Kubernetes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.

• Programming: Python

• BI & Analytics Tools: ClickHouse, Databricks

• Cloud: Azure (Data Services, Compute, Storage)

• API Development: RESTful APIs and integrations

• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (or equivalent)

• AI Tools: Familiarity with GenAI-based coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer)

• Experience: 8–15 years in BI, analytics, and backend development

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a technical team

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working in agile environments

• Exposure to CI/CD tools and Git branching strategies
