About the role
Key Responsibilities: • Craft and oversee the implementation of high-level technical designs that cater to product requirements. • Guide development using expert-level knowledge of Core PHP, JavaScript, and LAMP stack technologies (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). • Apply strong OOAD principles to ensure scalable and robust architectural frameworks. • Design and optimize databases using MySQL and MongoDB. • Lead adoption of development methodologies including AGILE and Waterfall. • Manage product versions, documentation, and enforce high development standards. • Collaborate with product management and design teams for successful delivery. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices. • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across applications. • Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and optimization tasks. • Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports. • Ensure high system uptime and quick turnaround for incidents.
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or similar roles. • Strong hands-on experience with LAMP stack-based enterprise applications. • Extensive programming experience in PHP, JavaScript, C/C++, and object-oriented design. • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and remote teams. • Proficiency in HTML/CSS with strong UX understanding. Skills and Experience: • Deep understanding of LAMP stack architecture and deployment in production environments. • Language-agnostic mindset with experience across multiple frameworks. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience building and scaling large business-critical applications. • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
