About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead - Full-stack Developer who can take ownership of product engineering and lead the development of scalable, production-ready applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across the PERN stack and proven experience in building products from 0 to 1
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications.
- Build and maintain applications using PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
- Drive technical architecture, coding standards, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Own product development initiatives from 0 to 1 translating requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with product and business teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the engineering team.
- Participate actively in system design, technical decision-making, and production deployment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in the PERN stack: PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, backend architecture, and frontend development.
- Proven experience in 0-to-1 product development/building products from scratch is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities.
- Experience working in a B2B or B2C product environment.
- Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
