About the role
Role Purpose: Responsible for the overall software application development and maintenance strategy, implementation roadmap and line management of the team. Key Accountabilities: Bachelors in Engineering with 8-10 years of experience. Experience in leading software development teams Preferred Experience and Qualification:
Guide development teams on issues related to the applications design, development, and deployment
Leads team of developers and guides them in applying best practices in applications development
Supports software development process and ensures focus on the Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration by the junior members of the team
Build partnership with stakeholders and guides them on expectations from the software development process
Platform Developer
Experience : 3 to 8 years
• Expert knowledge and strong experience in embedded Linux configuration
• System Programming and App Development
• Experience in Linux Security SELinux and SELinux policy definition. User Management, Vulnerability Management
• Understanding of board support packages, file system, bootloaders
• Understanding on CPU architecture and SoC system architecture Linux Kernel programming.
• Linux memory management and OS internals.
• Experienced creating custom embedded Linux distributions using tools like Yocto • Expert knowledge of compilers, linkers, debuggers, and hardware debuggers
• Experienced with GCC/GNU tool chains.
• Experience in packaging software for distribution and deployment (dpkg, apt-get repositories, RPMs)
• Strong experience building custom embedded Linux distributions with writing and debugging kernel drivers
• LTE / 5G / ORAN domain knowledge as added advantage.
• Application development in C/C++.
• Strong programming language skills in C/C++.
• Strong python scripting skills: Python, Shell.
