About the role
Responsibilities:
- Inbound Technical Sales Process/International Process.
- Other field experience cannot be considered.
- Need to handle US technical support calls.
- Providing Technical Service and Selling Warranty Plans.
Requirements:
- Great chance for engineering graduates (B. Tech/BCA/MCA/B. Sc. (IT), Diploma in Computer Science) to make their careers in the US tech support field. {HR INDU}.
- Must have 0-4 years of experience in taking calls for antivirus, printers, emails, Facebook, routers, and other related peripherals and issues.
- Good command over the English language.
- Should have good sales skills.
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 1-3 yrs of experience on papers in the technical sales process.
- Strong understanding of basic e-mail is a must, and must be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to computers, devices, and routers.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Must be confident in pitching about the service plans for the customers.
- Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be comfortable with night shifts.
