About the role
Ability to run profiler and procmon to diagnose RCA and Resolutions
Advanced SQL Development (CTE, Joins)
Performance troubleshooting on SQL database, indexes
Ability to identify and troubleshoot space constraints & database corruption
Good knowledge on high availability features – (Log shipping, clustering etc)
Knowledge on Memory Dump and Analysis Tools ; eg : WinDBG; dnSpy
Understanding on MSOffice, Citrix, VMWare and SAN
Strong understanding/troubleshooting skills on Windows and IIS
Understanding of PostGreSQL Scripts, DB Structures, Stored Procedures and triggers
Problem Solving skills
Strong ITIL knowledge, Incident Management.
Ability to perform RCA
Identify and work on reducing repetitive incidents
