We are looking for a Technical Associate to support plant operations by ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, assisting in troubleshooting, and maintaining technical and operational standards.

• Support day-to-day technical and manufacturing operations at the plant.
• Monitor machinery, equipment, and production processes for smooth functioning.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with maintenance/production teams for timely resolution.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and process-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain technical records.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and follow-up on pending technical issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and reducing equipment downtime.
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports, checklists, and documentation.

• Relevant experience in a manufacturing/plant environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of machinery, production processes, and maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with production and maintenance teams.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
