We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (TBA) with over 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and product owners to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both business processes and modern technology stacks, and excels in stakeholder communication, documentation, and project coordination.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements (BRD, FSD, user stories, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Create data flow diagrams, process models, and user journey maps.
• Work with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business goals.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), prepare test cases, and validate results against requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks, and issues in business processes and suggest improvements.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a software development or IT environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and process mapping.
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
• Exposure to REST APIs, data modeling, and basic SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

• Domain experience in [FinTech / Healthcare / E-commerce / BFSI – customize as per role].
• Experience with API documentation tools like Postman, Swagger.
• Knowledge of data analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
