About the role
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance applications.

- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python or Node.js for backend development.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
- Prior experience working as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and scalable application development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern development practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications, LLMs, Generative AI, or AI-powered product development.
- Experience in Data Engineering, including data pipelines, ETL processes, data platforms, or big data technologies.
- Familiarity with vector databases, RAG implementations, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Project management, sprint ownership, or delivery coordination experience.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project tracking tools.
- Strong hands-on coding expertise in React.js.
- Strong hands-on coding expertise in Python or Node.js.
