Direct Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• You will work in a squad which objective is to increase the productivity of IT staff using Gen AI in the next 3 years.
• You will work with Enterprise / Solution architects on design and solutioning
• You will be acting as Technical leader/Solution Architect for of the squad
• You will work closely with the BA and PO to translate their requirements into reality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Technical Specification
o Design of Data model, RESTful APIs & UI behavior
o Integration patterns with other systems
o Optional : Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
o Optional : Agents that act autonomously and contextually
• Implementation and coaching of junior profiles
o Hands-on experience in full stack development: Spring Boot or Python / React or Angular
• Cloud & DevOps:
o Knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes)
o Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Interpersonal Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Clear communication skills.
Education & Certifications:
• Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
Experience
• 7+ years overall experience
o At least 3 years as developer
o At least 2 years as a technical lead or solution architect
• At least 1 experience on an AI-powered application
Good to have.
• Azure AI certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate).
