Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead with expertise in SvelteJS to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and design of our applications while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Lead the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications using SvelteKit.
• Architect and develop scalable, high-performance applications that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members in technical skills and career development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in the Svelte ecosystem.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure the team follows agile methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of applications to resolve issues efficiently.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

• Proficiency in SvelteKit and a strong understanding of the Svelte framework.
• Solid experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Experience with TypeScript and state management libraries.
• Knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js.
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in software development or project management are a plus.
