Whatwill youdo
As a technical lead you will work as part of a team on the design
and implementation of Java-based enterprise solutions using agile software
development methodologies. You will have the opportunity to take full
responsibilityforthetechnicaldesignandimplementationofspecificbusiness areas using latest frameworks.
Roleisresponsibletoachieveorganizationgoalsbydefining,integrating,and upgrading a
comprehensive architecture to support Java applications.
Jobresponsibilities:
·Meeting with
technology managers and the design team to discuss the goals and needs of the
company.
·Leadatechnicalteamconsistingofsoftwaredevelopers,business analysts and a Product Owner.
·Capturefunctionalandnon-functionalrequirementsanddesign technical solutions leveraging
Spring Framework
·Examining anddefiningcurrentarchitecturesystems.
·DesigningscalablearchitecturesystemsforJava-basedapplications.
·Efficiently review code and provide
technical guidance and identifying needs to implement or execute to accommodate
the company’s architectural goals.
·Contribute to the development
process by implementing PoCs and standardizing software delivery adopting
DevOps practices.
·Troubleshootingdesignflawsandsystembottlenecks.
·Performing validation tests, system performance
tests and others, to ensure the flexibility and scalability oftheJava
environment.
·Ensure the overallquality and fit ofthetechnicalsolution in additionto the overall performance of the
application stack.
·Oversee progress of development
team to ensure consistency with the initial design, development principles and
deadlines. Assisting the software design team with application integration.
