Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across both backend and frontend technologies, have hands-on experience in modern Java and UI frameworks, and demonstrate the ability to mentor teams while driving technical excellence.

The role requires ownership of the full software development lifecycle, collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, and the ability to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

This position will play a key role in transforming traditional IT Operations through the adoption of Intelligent Automation, Self-Healing Platforms, AI-enabled Operations (AIOps), Workflow Automation, and Operational Analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Drive architecture and design decisions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.

Full Stack Development

• Design and develop end-to-end applications across frontend, backend, middleware, and database layers.
• Build and enhance microservices-based applications using Java and Spring ecosystem.
• Develop responsive and modern user interfaces using Angular/React technologies.

Solution Delivery

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, and technical roadmap discussions.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery practices.

Quality & Performance

• Perform performance tuning, code optimization, security reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Establish unit testing and automated testing standards.
• Resolve production issues and provide timely support for critical applications.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Engage with global stakeholders and communicate technical solutions effectively.

Educational Qualification

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can balance architecture, coding, team leadership, and stakeholder management while driving modern Java Full Stack application development.

Responsible for understanding the software requirements and developing it into a working source code accordingly.

• Hands on experience in Core java

• Basics of Spring Framework and Spring Boot

• Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented. • Would be great if worked on Agile or Continuous Delivery (CD) based projects  before.

• Good in Object Oriented design & Design patterns

• Should have exposure to Oracle SQL. Any other DB apart from Oracle is also fine, provided the fundamentals of RDBMS are clear. Good to have experience in writing Sqls, stored procedures and functions.

• Experience in creating & executing unit tests using test driven approach with JUnit or any other equivalent.

• Basics of Webservices and Linux

• Exposure to Agile Practices.
