About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the research and development team in developing new polymer products.
- Conduct polymer characterization and resin synthesis to meet project goals.
- Oversee polymer composite design and development processes.
- Implement process control and optimization strategies for improved efficiency.
- Coordinate technology transfer from R&D to production.
- Drive new product development initiatives based on
