About the role
− Ensuring the adequacy and sufficiency of resources
− Reviewing and approving the competencies and qualifying all personnel involved in
validation/verification function along with signing of contractual agreements if required in
case of external resources.
− Continuous monitoring and maintenance of competencies of personnel while reviewing their
daily allotment of work.
− Identifying the gaps and corrective actions while analyzing the registry comments raised on
VV activities
− Communicate with registries as VKU Certification Focal Point for issues related to
accreditation or otherwise.
− Reporting to the Director-operations on the performance of the Validation and verification
activities and proposing required improvements.
− Supervising assistant technical manager and ensuring compliance with the process
requirements
RequirementsEducational Qualifications - advance diploma or degree in Natural or Applied Sciences /EnvironmentalScience/ Engineering/ Management or related discipline
Trainings - Completed Auditor Training for ISO 9001(Optional) or ISO 14001(Optional) or 14064(Mandatory)
Work Experience - 5 years of experience as management personnel in GHG programme/ISOmanagement system
