About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business problems into scalable AI architectures.
- Design and present enterprise AI solutions covering agents, workflows, RAG, governance, and evaluation frameworks.
- Build hands-on prototypes, demos, and POCs in customer environments.
- Architect production-ready agentic systems with governance, observability, cost controls, and security.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and technical deal discussions.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams for successful handoffs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software or solution architecture, with a strong focus on AI/GenAI platforms.
- 4+ years in consulting or solution architecture roles for AI/ML/GenAI.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade agentic or workflow platforms, including governance, evaluation, and observability.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, identity, and data governance.
- Hands-on coding experience (Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Azure/AWS AI services, etc. )
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
