About the role
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
- Experience delivering software in an enterprise environment.
- Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and hybrid delivery models for regulated environments.
- Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, microservices, databases, and cloud basics, with the ability to engage with architects and engineers.
- Experience in release, change, and incident management using ITIL practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, system integrators, SOWs, and SLAs.
- Strong risk and dependency management across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent tools, with strong reporting and dashboarding skills.
- Experience with budget tracking and program financials.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including steering committee reporting.
- BFSI experience in insurance, banking, or NBFC.
