About the role
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of program management experience, preferably in a product-led or tech-first organization.
- Demonstrated experience working across Product, Engineering, and Business or Operations simultaneously, not just coordinating between them.
- Proven ability to run structured planning and execution cycles, including sprint tracking, milestone governance, and escalation management.
- Experience working in environments where requirements are fast-moving and tradeoffs between speed and quality are a daily reality.
- Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders and produce clear, concise communication for leadership without handholding.
- Comfortable owning delivery accountability, even when decision authority sits with others.
- Strong cross-functional navigation: can build credibility with engineering leads, product managers, and business owners using their own language.
- Sharp at spotting execution risk early and converting it into a crisp problem statement with a clear ask.
- Structured thinker who can translate ambiguous business goals into trackable program plans.
- Comfortable working with data, whether it is pulling a report, reading a dashboard, or questioning a metric that does not add up.
- Good written and verbal communication, especially in async, high-stakes environments.
- Able to hold process discipline without being rigid, this role requires judgment as much as framework.
- High ownership orientation; not someone who waits for a meeting to surface a problem.
