About the role
Responsibilities:
- You'll sit at the intersection of our clients and our engineering team.
- You'll run API integrations from kickoff to launch: shaping scope, leading technical workshops, turning client requirements into specs engineers can build from, and flagging risks before they turn into delays.
- Clients will trust you as their go-to technical partner, and leadership will rely on you for a clear, honest view of every program.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years as a TPM, project manager, or in a similar role, delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Experience working directly with clients, ideally banks or NBFCs.
- Fluency in RESTful APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI, plus the ability to explain an integration flow to a CTO and a credit ops head alike.
- A working rhythm built on Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- A CS/Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- What sets you apart: hands-on Postman experience, a feel for BFSI regulation, and time spent building at a high-growth startup.
