About the role
Technical Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of software development and
application maintenance, ensuring high-quality releases, efficient production support, and
alignment with business goals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage project delivery: planning, sprint execution, releases, and timelines
Oversee development activities: design reviews, coding standards, and architecture
alignment
Handle application maintenance: incident management, bug triage, RCA, and SLA
adherence
Track productivity & quality metrics: velocity, cycle time, defect leakage, MTTR
Drive DevOps & release management: CI/CD, deployments, environment readiness
Manage stakeholders and vendors with regular reporting and escalation handling
Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are met
🔹 Required Skills
Strong technical background in Java / Node.js, APIs, microservices, databases
Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, estimation techniques , risk assessment
techniques, governance
Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud (AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices
Proven ability to manage development + production support teams
Certification in PMP / Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) is a plus
🔹 Experience
8+ years in software development / delivery
3+ years as a Technical Project Manager
Nice to Have
Experience in enterprise-scale applications
Knowledge of API governance, security frameworks
Exposure to AI/GenAI-driven development tools
