About the role
➢Candidate should have strong understanding on Agile Methodology.
➢Experience in managing Data and AI projects on Azure and Databricks platform preferred.
➢Understanding of different phases in Project implementation for Data and AI/ML.
➢Strong knowledge on tools like JIRA or MS Project and Azure Board
➢High Level understanding on services related to Data and AI on Azure and Databricks.
➢Plan, execute, and oversee various projects from initiation to completion.
➢Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
➢Develop detailed project plans, and schedules.
➢Coordinate resources, including team members, customer stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
➢Should understand Business intelligence and Analytical tools like PowerBI/ Tableau.
➢Monitor project progress and identify and resolve issues or risks (RAIDs).
➢Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders.
➢Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
➢Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in project delivery processes.
➢Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
Requirements
➢Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
➢Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
➢Must have Data Project Background and understanding of Data skills.
➢Must have executed multiple end to end BI/DWH/ETL Projects.
➢Owning the Project deliverables, prepare the detailed project plan and track it till the closure with all the stakeholders involved.
➢Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
➢Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
➢Proficiency in project management tools and software.
➢Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
➢PMP certification (preferred but not required)
