About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver software development projects using .NET Framework / .NET Core
technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Lead technical discussions, architectural reviews, and sprint planning with development teams.
- Create detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct project retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, performance, and security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API)
development.
- 2+ years of experience in project management or technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
(e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with strategic project delivery.
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (Angular, React) and database systems (SQL
Server).
- Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
