About the role
Manage small to medium projects or small streams of large programs with minimal supervision including planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing phases. Develop a good understanding of functional requirements and product architecture by interacting with project stakeholders across business and technology teams and thereby applying it for effective results. Co-ordinate to set governance with business partners to identify opportunities to initiate new projects. Identify, develop and implement the required project deliverables within the defined timelines and budget. Perform complete project feasibility study and analysis. Prioritize issues and tasks in order to support teams to meet project objectives. Master's degree with finance, systems or HR specialization from a reputed business school and a globally recognized Project Management certification. Advanced level of understanding of various Project Management methodologies in the industry. Demonstrated excellence in Project Management skills such as scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk and stakeholders. Proven abilities in conflict management, influencing and negotiating skills along with the ability to lead or manage stakeholders effectively. Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills. Good domain and functional expertise.
