✅ Identify and source experienced IT professionals (1-8 years) for roles in Software Development, Cloud, Data Science, DevOps, and more.✅ Utilize different platforms to find relevant candidates.✅ Develop and manage a strong candidate pipeline with regular engagement.
Screening & Shortlisting✅ Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical and soft skills.✅ Evaluate work experience, technical expertise, salary expectations, and cultural fit.✅ Work closely with clients to understand their job descriptions, hiring preferences, and team needs.
Client & Stakeholder Management✅ Act as a strategic hiring partner for IT firms, ensuring their hiring needs are met efficiently.✅ Provide market insights on salary trends, hiring challenges, and candidate availability.✅ Collaborate with internal teams to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
Required Skills & Experience:✔️ 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, hiring, or talent acquisition.✔️ Strong knowledge of IT roles & technologies (e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS, DevOps, Data Science).✔️ Hands-on experience with sourcing tools✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills for candidate engagement.✔️ Ability to prioritize multiple roles and work in a fast-paced hiring environment.✔️ A proactive and target-driven mindset to meet hiring goals.
